- Orders usually dispatch in 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri).
- Carriers: Yodel up to 3 kg; APC Overnight for 3 kg+ or multi-parcel.

Dangerous Goods (road transport only)
Some items (e.g., room sprays, aroma mists, essential-oil mists or products containing alcohol) are classified as Dangerous Goods and must travel by road. We don’t ship these by air, so delivery may take a little longer to certain regions.
PO Boxes, BFPO & large items
• We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.
• BFPO: email us before ordering so we can quote the correct service.
• Very large/heavy orders may require a pallet/oversize service—we’ll contact you if needed.
Packaging
Orders ship in plain, protective packaging. Bath/cosmetic items include ingredient info where required.
